A Study On The Eco-Compensation For The Sustainable Development Of The Energy And Chemical Industry Base In Northern Shaanxi
The sustainable development of the Northern Shaanxi area has been severely restricted by the increasingly serious issue of the environmental pollution and ecological destruction in the energy and chemical industry base there. Regarding this problem in the energy and chemical industry base in Northern Shaanxi, this paper explored the eco-compensation mode, established the model for the quantification of the compensation fee, and constituted the ecocompensation standard for each county within the base area. Through the establishment of the ecocompensation mechanism, the conflict between the energy development and ecological environment protection could get alleviated, the natural resource could get moderate and sustainable developed, and the ecological environment could sustainably get back and obtain melioration, all of which will facilitate the realization of the sustainable development of the energy and chemical industry base in Northern Shaanxi.
