Relationship between decomposition activity and anti-virus effect of visible light sensitive photocatalysts

1. Introduction te created some materials of visible light sensitive photocatalyst by grafting Cu(II) or Fe(III), which show high photocatalytic activity under visible light illumination by novel mechanism (IFCT: Interfacial charge transfer and MER: Multi-electron O2 reduction). Wfe tried to apply the activity to reduce the risk in our living space. The risk is VOC (volatile organic compound) gas for the Sick House Syndrome and pathogenic microorganism causing infection disease. Especially, pandemic by new type influenza virus and hospital infection by multipledrug-resistant bacteria are serious social problem.
