Study on Industrial Technology Transfer between China-ASEAN

摘要：

Based on data in technology transfer between ChinaASEAN in these years, this paper analyzed the current situation of China-ASEAN industrial technology transfer from the perspective of FDI, import and export trade. And then the paper further explored intellectual property rights and risks with patent in technology transfer between China-ASEAN in main industries. And finally, the paper tried to give some suggestions about how to keep good trade and continues technology cooperation between China and ASEAN.
