Influence of Leadership Behavior on Process Change Management Mode: A Conceptual Model

摘要：

TQM and BPR are the embodiments of process-based management thought. But TQM focuses on processs incremental reform, BPR on processs radical redesign. They represent two different kind of change mode of process management. In fact, which kind of method is more effective will be determined by many factors, such as leadership behavior? In this paper, the basic change mode of process management is explored firstly, and then leadership behavior style will be demonstrated systematically. The relationship between leadership and process change management mode will be investigated carefully, and a conceptual model is put forward for next empirical research.
