Study on Growth and Their Influencing Factors of Listed SMEs based on the Data of Listed SMEs Board since 2007
Since seeking financing by listing on the stock market, SMEs grow fast. Based on the relevant analysis of the influence expanding factor for the SMEs which listed in 2007, the article draws a conclusion that in addition to profitable development and competitiveness impacts on the growth of SMEs, the companys capital structure is also an important influencing factor on the growth of SMEs. Thus, the author puts forward some suggestions for promoting growth of listed SMEs by adjusting the capital structure and relaxing market access.
