A Study of Incentive Model of the Government Green Procurement
The government green procurement plays an important role in promoting the low-carbon economic development. According to the characteristics of the government green procurement, principal-agent theory is applied to analyze the optimization of profits of suppliers and buyers under symmetric information and asymmetric information. The incentive mechanisms of green suppliers are proposed based on the model, including information sending and informationdiscriminating, contract incentives, reputation incentives, information sharing incentives and comprehensive incentives.
