Research of Marketing Performance Evaluation System Innovation: Taking an Authorized Distributor of Exxon Mobil as Example
Taking an Authorized Distributor of Exxon Mobil as the research sample and aiming at optimizing its marketing effect, this paper constructs a marketing performance evaluation system innovatively, according to the principles and methods of building an index system. And this paper selects the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCE) to evaluate the marketing performance, and then find out the key factors influencing its marketing performance level in order to make the countermeasure analysis and improve its management status.
