A Study on Influencing Factors on Entrepreneurial Intention of Returned Peasant Workers Based on Binary Logistic Regression Model
This paper studied the factors which are likely to influence the entrepreneurial intention of returned peasant workers by using the data of field investigation and the model of binary logistic regression. The regression result shows that educational level, professional skills, entrepreneurial precedents in the neighborhood have high significant linear relationship with entrepreneurial intention of returned peasant workers. Based on the empirical study, the paper suggests that Chinas governments should strengthen entrepreneurship training for the returned peasant workers, develop an entrepreneurial culture system, and set up business risk sharing and entrepreneurial incentive mechanisms.
