The Study on the Construction of Chinese Carbon Finance Mechanism

摘要：

Along with the rapid rising of Low Carbon Economy, the relevant financial system and financial deals will emerge as required, thus, the development of Carbon Finance has received extensive concern from the international community. The transformation of industrial structure and consumption patterns will inevitably cause the structural reform of traditional financial industries. This essay presents related conceptions, development situation and tendency of Low Carbon Economy and Carbon Finance in China. It describes the current problems which Chinese Carbon Finance would confront with, and it also offers several suggestions for the construction of Chinese Carbon Finance Mechanism.
