Innovation Propels the Second Venturing Success: The analysis of the second venturing strategy of Henan Xinfei Electric Co.Ltd
In the time of knowledge economy, innovation is a necessary prerequisite for the survival and development of enterprises; it is also the inexhaustible source for the vitality of enterprises. This thesis takes Henan Xinfei Electric Co.Ltd as an example. It analyzes the background of the second venturing from three perspectives: the international environment, industry environment and the internal environment. Then it describes the history of the second venturing. Finally it reaches a conclusion that: the companies which carry out the second venturing strategy should conduct continuous innovation and improve the four innovations, which are brand innovation, technological innovation, marketing innovation, management innovation.
