Primary Investigation in Performance Management of Knowledge-based Team Based on Capacity Core Management
The views of traditional performance management conflict with the knowledge-based team.The profound cause is the laggard mangement theory.The author thinks that the performnce management of knowledgebased team should be based on the idea of capacity core management.Moreover,the author analyzes the advantages and characteristic of team performance management based on capacity core managemen idea.
