Reliability & Efficiency Researches on Equivalent Experiments of Heat Exchangers Used on Aircrafts

With the rapid development of aeronautical industries abroad,the flying velocities have already reached the over-supersonic ones. Heat exchangers with high parameters and high performances, which are about to be developed for application to air management systems on military aircrafts, put forward stricter and newer demands for test facilities and measuring techniques. The theory of equivalent experiment for heat exchangers used on aircrafts has been developed and researched in this paper. The method of calculating equivalent experiment parameters has been given in detail. The experimental results agree with the method of equivalent experiment according to some product used on some aircraft. The reliability and efficiency as well as expenses have been analyzed and researched.
