Research on vibration isolation system in 220KV substation reactor

Substation noise issue is popular problem which people always focus on. In this paper, the modal and harmonic response analyses have been processed on the main equipment reactor of the 220KV substation by finite element software ANSYS. The main reason for its vibration is pointed out and the simulation results with the equipment close to the measured value. Based on it the new vibration isolation system was designed. Compared with the original device, vibration and noise reduction was found to achieve the purpose, this method is practical, accurate, reliable, and has engineering significance.
