Applicability of Elliptic Curve Cryptography on Internet of Things

This paper considers the applicability of elliptic curve cryptography on Internet of Things and presents an improved Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman(ECDH) key agreement scheme which enhances the security of Internet of Things together with Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm(ECDSA). The implementation of the proposed procedures of ECDH and ECDSA are given explicitly. Different optimization methods are used in experimental evaluation to compare the performance difference and present the applicability of the proposed schemes on Internet of Things.
