The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on improved super-standard weight

Weights identifying and fuzzy composite operator selection are two key technologies of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Super-standard weight has been widely used in the water quality evaluation and environmental assessment. However, the super-standard weight present determination methods are related to the introduced comparison base point. And the linear super-standard weight does not reflect that the fluctuation of the index value near the critical point of the classification will lead to a wrong judgement. And the S-type super-standard weight is associated with the human psychology. So it is difficult to grasp. In this paper the super-standard weight determination method was improved for the shortcomings of the present methods, and its proposed that super-standard weight was determined by membership. At last, the fuzzy composite operator matched with super-standard weight was decided. And actual examples demonstrated the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method had good performance.
