DESING OF TASK FRAMEWORK BASED ON PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER FOR REAL TIME TASKING
The PLC language which IEC is organization standardized as TEC 61131-3 standard is used in various fields of industry such as robot control system and industry automation system. However, it cant provide suitable development environments for developers who dont have enough knowledge about robot devices. Besides, it is difficult to support branch code, real-time operation and to interpret without extensive device knowledge. Recently PLC controller on the specific hardware was replaced by personal computer for solving the traditional PLC language problems such as data concurrency, task priority and multiple configurations. For these reasons, this paper proposes task framework mechanism for real time tasking. Especially, our core focus is on the block diagram model in order for application developers to easily construct their applications.
