Research of the Rationality on Teaching Evaluation Indicator System Based on Factor Analysis
This paper has been analysis the rationality of the teaching evaluation index system, the indexes in a homogeneous basis, with the factor analysis, principal component analysis and reliability analysis to determine whether the need for indicators of change, in order to simplify the index system; using cluster analysis of the structure of index system, the more similar the indicators grouped; Finally, assignment reasonable weight for the new index system according to the combination of the weighting method.
