The Design and Implementation of Plane Geometrys Computer Aided Instruction System Based on JXTA
With the development of computer network technology, P2P technology has become a hot spot, which has been unceasingly applied in file sharing, parallel computation, cooperative work, instant messaging and etc. JXTA is a group of open general P2P protocols launched by SUN, which is independent of programming language and transport protocols, and overcomes the current P2P softwares limitations. In this paper, we analyzed the existing CAI systems and their trends and then built a distributed, interactive, highly resource sharing Plane Geometrys computer aided instruction system of P2P mode with JXTA platform and JAVA graphics technology, which included creating PeerGroups, the members information management, an interactive Whiteboard and an Instant Messaging module.
