A semi-automatic method of deriving is-a relations from text

摘要：

previous work has shown that automatic methods can be used in Terminology extraction, shallow parsing, clustering, and relation recognition. This work goes a step further by combining these methods to automatically create a hierarchy of Terminologies and their hyponyms, especially the is-a relation. It is an important work in Ontology learning.
