The Dynamics of Change in Use of Proceeds of Refinancing

摘要：

This paper captures the dynamics of change in use of proceeds of refinancing during 2001-2009 and compares the case before and after the nontradable shares reform from two aspects of announcements and project numbers. We find nontradable shares reform has played an active role in decreasing the behaviour of change in use of proceeds.
