Establishment of Evaluation System for Management Effect of Reservoir Development Block
Reservoir development block is the most basic accounting one in the oil and gas field development In order to grasp the current state reservoir development block, a comprehensive and systematic assessment system needed to be founded, The factors have been considered such as the reserves management level, the development level, the operation of production.economic effect and so on. Decide the weight of each Index with the use of systematic analyse . And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of development block was conducted. Finally analyze the feasibility and adaptation of the assessment system with cases.
