The Specific Moving Target Tracking in the Complex Background

摘要：

It mainly discusses the principles of the Mean Shift algorithm as well as its realization in the moving targets tracking; then an improved Mean Shift tracking algorithm joined in the moving informations is introduced. We use the improved tracking algorithm in the complex background. The experiments prove that we can get effect tracking results.
