A study of Knowledge Management in Construction Project Management
The paper defined an analytical tool for knowledge management. Construction project management is faced with a rising number of pressures, such as cost, quality, human resource. Both project manager and design engineer need help analyzing large numbers of data when making decisions. This paper provides a way for knowledge management in construction project management. This article focuses on one analysis, using an analytical processing tool in conjunction with knowledge management techniques. The objective of the analysis was to discover how to use knowledge management techniques to make decisions that can be easy, how to apply these techniques to find a method for project management. The process used to identify knowledge management effect is described.
