Design of a Novel Intelligent AC Power Regulator
An intelligent zero-trigger power regulator of three-phase AC is designed base on fuzzy control theory. The hardware of the system was based on embedded ARM microprocessor chip of LPC2138, sensor input signal circuit and execution unit drive circuit. The software of power control system was based on embedded real-time operation system uC/OS-II and C language. The closed-loop fuzzy control method is used to adjust the useful output power and its factor. Experiment results show that the mean power is adjustable smooth at 0%~100%, the overshoot of fuzzy controller is small and the adjustment time is short, the harmonic is very weak during working and the disturbance to the wireless communication is very low. So the power regulator has high practical value.
