A multi-parameter multi-step chaos control method of high-dimensional systems
A multi-parameter multi-step chaos control method is proposed for high-dimensional attractors. This method is used to stabilize unstable periodic orbits embedded in high-dimensional chaotic attractors by small parameters perturbations. We demonstrate its operation in gear system using different combinations and numbers of control parameters. Results show that this contribution provides a more effective unstable periodic orbit stabilization than the classical single-parameter method, and the method uses smaller values of accessible control parameter than the ones provided the single parameter method.
