Research on the control system of hydraulic support based on CAN bus

Hydraulic support plays an important role for the underground coal mine safety production, which is based on high pressure liquid as the driving force. With the development of the computer and automation technology, coal mine electro-hydraulic control system has been used widely, which improves the efficiency of coal production and automation. Electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic is the main factor of the reliability and stability of equipment. In this paper, a shield hydraulic support is introduced, and at the same time, the control system based on CAN bus is designed. In this system, the parameters of the hydraulic support can be collected and processed conveniently. The lower computer is connected with upper computer by serial communication. The test shows that the control system has the characters of the stability, convenient operation, low failure rate, which can meet the requirements of hydraulic support.
