The Study of Application of SCM in Construction Enterprise

摘要：

According to the fundamentals and basic content of SCM, the writer of this artice thinks over and studies howto take use of SC M to maintain the steady increasing competitive strength in construction enterprises in China, and at last, by combining the present situatio n and future trend in construction area in china, the writer points out that it is an urgent and a significant task for these enterprises to apply SCM.The author briefly expresses the basic contend of SCM and thinks of how to imply the SCM in an enterprise for getting dominant position in the market in accordance with the present situation and future trend of construction enterprise in China.
