With the development of information technology, DSS can be used to resolve the complex process of the feasible reasoning and scientific decision-making of projects. To better the feasible reasoning and scientific decision-making of projects, this paper, based on WEB, offers a support system for the feasible reasoning and scientific decision-making of projects, and introduces the general structure, the systematic function and the way to implement it
