A Design of Tenders for Project Based on Internet

摘要：

In the procodmre of project bidding and tendering．most construction markets in China are using traditional pattern now days1 It makes supervisory management considerably lagged and opaque．Furthermore，data reSOnlCe cannot also be shared SO that the government cannot make scientific and reasonable decisions．This‘paper introduces the design of bidding system based on Intemet and also discusses module and requisite function of the whole．At last,the scheme of design of the system is put forward．
