Discussion on the Standardization of the Bid-evaluating in the Construction Projects

摘要：

This paper aims at discussing the rule and actuality of Bid-evaluating in the construction projects. It demonstrates the necessity of the standardization during the course of bid evaluation. Then it gives a detailed study of the organization and management, the standard of bid evaluation, the form of the bid, the disposal to the dispute, and so on. Finally, it demonstrates the cooperating condition of finishing the standardization.
