Analysis of Rational Scale of a Unit for Public Housing in China

摘要：

This paper gives some basic principles and suggestions on rational scale of a unit for public housing based on the attributes of public housing and the economic conditions in China. Considering that the urbanization level is 37％ and the GDP per person is $1000, the rational scale of public housing should be 48~79sq.m. This conclusion provides the theoretic references for the government
