The Thought on the Relation between Commodity Residence Decoration and Real Estate Economy
The commodity residence decoration has great effect on real estate economy. In May, 2002 Ministry of Construction began to practice complete decoration in one time or menu decoration mode in order to avoid second time decoration that will destroy building structure, waste resources and disturb residents. According to the idea of Ministry of Construction, the implementation of menu decoration will make not decorated residence disappear and supply final product residence in the future, also it will be conducive to standard decoration market and make decoration production from disorder to order. From then this policy became the focus of research and discussion in real estate economy field. Now it is still controversy whether we can practice this policy successfully. In this article, we first stated the implication of menu decoration mode and final aim of practicing this policy and then we analyzed the actual effect of practicing menu decoration, also we indicated that the actual effect we have received do not make us satisfied. So in the following parts we analyzed the reasons of not receiving good effect and the effect on the real estate economy. Finally we provided some countermeasures should be taken to decrease negative effect of this policy on national economy.
