Research on Stock Options Incentive Plan of Chinese RealtyList Firms

摘要：

stock options incentive plan has been carried out and will be in all realty firms as long-term incentive tools for managers. The thesis analyzes managers salaries position and amount of holding stocks of Chinese realty firms of 2002, points out that no stock options incentive plan or so few amount of managers holding stocks will not take its function. Some measures must be taken to change salaries system for encouraging managers and to improve corporate governance structure, to enlarge firms gains.
