ABM Strategy on the Cost Management of Real Estate Enterprises

摘要：

On the base of cutting down expenses, it should be expend the objects to the other departments, which are not reflecting the result of costs. The synthetic method of cost reducing would be used. This paper mainly analyses the industry characters and the choice of cost estimating and management system of real estate enterprises, and puts forwards to a new cost management method of ABM (Activity Based Management) and Comparison of Traditional and Contemporary Cost Management System.
