The Research on TOP Executive Performance Evaluation Indexes Set for Chinese Realty Firms
Because of Chinese realty firms development status, it is important to carry out stock options incentive plan to firms top executive. How to evaluate top executive performance scientifically and reasonably and award them certain amount of stock options so that to meet incentive goal maximum need to set a series of indexes. The thesis sets indexes from top executive behaviour direction and results direction, which is different from traditional performance evaluation.
