Consider of the New Principle in Property Management in Qingdao

摘要：

This paper makes a deep study of property management in the city of Qingdao over ten years and puts forward new ideas of modern management. It concludes that enterprises should improve several aspects of management model which include property management executives, corporate image design, owner committee and early intervention so as to follow the development of modern times, unify social benefits, economical benefits and environmental benefits and pursue the maximization of the comprehensive benefits.
