The Research on the Evaluation Targets and Standards for Eco-friendly Residential Quarters

摘要：

Based on the literature research on various evaluation approaches to eco-friendly residential quarters both at home and abroad and an analysis of the subsystems of the eco-friendly residential areas, this paper puts forward a comprehensive target system for evaluating such residential areas and evaluates its ecological level using the weighted grading and worst count methods. The author believes that this is a scientific and effective evaluation method which lays a theoretical foundation for upgrading the level of eco-friendly residential areas.
