Thinking on Residential Suburbanization in China

摘要：

This paper summarizes the cause and definition of residential suburbanization, and gives the conclusion that residential suburbanization is the important component and inexorable trend of urban residence development, by analyzing the current situation and characteristics at its initial developing stage. The final section sets out some corresponding guiding countermeasures by analyzing the serious problems occurred in development process.
