Study on Heat Supply Management System in the Northern Cities

摘要：

With the establishment of market economic system and deepening of reform on housing system in China, it is imperative to reform the traditional welfare-system heat supply management system in cities. This paper proposes the main content of reform on heat supply management system in cities to solve the current problems in heat supply management in cities of China, using the successful experience of foreign countries for reference, and also proposes the main suggestions in reform on heat supply system in the current stage
