How to Establish and Amplify the Legal Management Institutions during the System-Changed Process of State-owned Large and Medium-sized Building Enterprises
As one of the mainstays of national economy, construction is closely related to the development of the whole economy and the improvement of living conditions, therefore holds a very important position in the national economy. After China entered WTO, the competitive stress on construction is quickly increased. The issue of how to further push the reform and development of construction has caught peoples common concern. To deepen the reform of construction is to solve various problems in deep layers on the basis of the reform before. In this way, it could be set free from the restrictions from traditional Planned Economy and get rid of the hard situation, and the bright landscape of reform and development could be generated. In this essay, the Legal Person Managing Organization is defined and its characteristics are analyzed. What is more, on the basis of analyzing and thinking of its setting and perfecting during the process of the reformation of big state-owned construction enterprises, suggestions are given in the macro level.
