The Approaches of Measuring Environmental Costs and Benefits of Green Building

摘要：

This paper introduces the environment assessment and the concepts of green buildings environmental costs and benefits, discuses several approaches of measuring such benefits and costs, which include changes in productivity approach, damage to peoples health approach, mathematical model approach, and costs protection approaches. It also asserts that those approaches will play an important role in improving the relative theory and in spreading the use of green building in practice.
