The study on autoleveler system of drawing frame
To further enhance the autolevelling technology of drawing frame, considering a short control period and a high real-time control, a new type control system was issued based on the analysis of the characteristic of the current autolevelling control system of drawing frame. In this system, the unevenness of the sliver strands in draft zone could be detected to improve control precision, the distribution of accelerated points could be move forward, and the movement of fiber in the main drafting zone could be controlled effectively, so the unevenness of the sliver could be improved.
