Research on the Influences of Running Speed on Plantar Pressure

In order to investigate the changes of plantar pressure in two different running ways: wearing running shoes and barefoot, the author test the plantar pressure of different parts of the foot by using Footscan insole system, therefore it summarize the characteristic of plantar pressure distribution and to provide basic theoretical basis of the footwear design. Results indicate that: As the speed increases, plantar pressure of different parts of the foot increases on the whole, at the same time, human body gravity moves forward, and plantar pressure of the forefoot increasing rapidly; on the contrary, which of heel parts reduces.
