With the rapid social economic development, culture and technology in China, has been transforming from “manufacturing to “creating, which has become an inevitable trend in the process of transforming and upgrading manufacturing industries. The authors point out the requirements and ability characteristics owned by creative design talents during transforming from “manufacturing to “creating from the aspect of value chain and essential difference between them so as to provide better design service for manufacturing industries.
