Active Public Design for Successful Aging
Population aging is problem of all the countries in the world and it has profound implications for many facts of human life. So designers should always consider some special details from the aspect of the aging people’s physiologically characteristic. But it’s not enough, the psychological and sociological demands of ageing people should be also thought of, because of successful ageing, which means making the aging active and with dignity. Such design also depends on a good fit between the person and the environment.
