Multi-body dynamics simulation for Internal Combustion Engine Crankshaft Assembly
An Analysis Model of the crankshaft system based on the Modern computational flexible multi-body dynamics theory is built in this paper to study the dynamic characteristics of some certain type of in-line 6 cylinder diesel engine, AVL EXCITE PU software is used to analysis. From the simulating on the model, the real time dynamics parameters of the crankshaft system are achieved which providing the load condition of the engine system to analyze intensity and fatigue.
