A Study of Integrated Innovation Paradigm of Industrial Development and Training of Design Talents
This paper focuses on the development of strategic new industries and talents training, involving industry cultivation, talents incubator, innovation alliance and other integrated practices to analyse from point to area. By adopting the lastest paradigms and concepts of Paradigm Innovation Management and combining cultivation of design talents with enterprises innovation alliance, and joining the cultivation of design talents into enterprises’ innovation alliance, and comprehensively and systematically exploring the methods and means of training design talents, the goal of co-establishing embedded-cluster innovation practice and education mode by universities and enterprises, with integration of “production, learning and research. Also, the aim of effectively connecting the development of China’s new industries and the training of innovation talents and providing a feasible research base and referenceable practice paradigm.
