Kano’s model oriented user needs research of carpooling service system

In view of the insufficient of the user needs classification and unreasonable information structure about existing carpooling website, In this paper, by using researched results of kano’s model, user needs’ attribute will be classified and do a priority order for the user needs about carpooling service system by user satisfaction, and through this method to prepare for developing mobile application software about carpooling.
