Formative Evaluation of Museum Exhibition A Case Study on Evaluation of Underwater Hand Signals
As one of the most important parts of visitor evaluation system, formative evaluation is very effective in improving exhibition design plan. This paper will introduce formative evaluation based on when evaluation occurs, and how evaluation is undertaken. A practical formative evaluation was conducted to interactive multimedia exhibit “Underwater Hand Signals. It’s proved very helpful in making design decisions and enhancing the teaching power and motivational power of exhibitions.
