This research has employed cases and survey methods to study user satisfaction with online learning website (OLW). In this study, we propose a research model that formulates 5 dimensions determining user satisfaction, and we followed the methodology used by Doll and Torkzadeh to analyze the data. Considering a different environment with their researches, we evaluated the construct validity in a revised 12-item instrument, and this was done with factor analysis.
